HERE’S YOUR SNEAK PEEK INTO THE NEW @Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q 🔥👀 I was given a first hand tour of the New Vaqueros location opening in Allen, TX and be ready DFW cause it’s Open SOON! For those that don’t know, Vaqueros is a Tex Mex BBQ spot that has been featured as Texas Monthly’s Top 50 Tacos in Texas and was given a James Beard nomination in 2024. This is their first Brick & Mortar location and they’ve partnered with the hospitality group that owns MiCocina to make it happen! But this location still has all the Vaqueros style you know and love ♥️ they will be serving @hopandsting beer at the bar along with the classic Taco Diner Paloma’s 👏🏼 and there are so many features that nod to the history of this company. The mural outside is a copy from his Dad’s first brick and mortar location and there are so many repurposed pieces in restaurant that have history. But what makes this location unlike any other is the pit room 🔥 it’s fully indoors with air conditioning and custom smokers made just for them. When you walk in you will be able to watch your bbq being made in front of you. And they will still be doing their Taco Nights, Beef Rib Saturdays, and all your favorite Vaqueros menu items 😍 This location is set to OPEN AT THE END OF JANUARY!
