OMG, I’m completely obsessed with these adorable seal Valentines! 😍💖 They’re so easy to make and absolutely perfect for spreading a little love. And make sure to save this video for later too! Here’s how to do it: ♡ Step 1: Start with a thin wooden heart—I found mine at Michaels! Write a little note on the back using a fine-liner marker. (I wrote directly onto the wood because why not?!) ♡ Step 2: Heat up some crystal-clear hot glue in a low-temp glue gun. While it’s warming up, chill your wax seal stamps on an ice pack. (Pro tip: Cold metal = no stamps sticking to the glue 🙌) Pick a mix of stamp shapes and sizes for a playful look! ♡ Step 3: Pour the hot glue onto your wooden heart, then press your ice-cold stamp right into it. Allow it to cool for 30-60 seconds. Once cool, remove the stamps from the hot glue, you’ll have to give it a little tug. Repeat until your heart is full of love—or, well, seals! Add tiny glue dots in any empty spaces for extra texture. ♡ Step 4: Grab a Krylon Gold Leafing Pen and highlight the rims and raised designs of the seals. (This is where the magic ✨ happens!) Let it dry for 5 minutes, and voilà! That’s it! Frame hot glue seals. Yes or no!? These framed floral seals are… ❤️🤍🩷 These seals are made with hot glue and there’s one tip that you should never forget about making hot glue seals… 👉🏼 Use a low-temp glue gun. I know it sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference in the final look of your seal. When you use a high-temp glue gun it introduces bubbles into the hot glue because it’s boiling it. But when using a low-temp glue gun, you’re much less likely to get large bubbles into your hot glue. Some of my favorite brands: Surebonder and Adtech. Both are on Amazon and at most craft stores. Just make sure it’s low or dual temp (so you can switch it to low) and regular size and you’re good to go! Why are mini things so adorable!? 💕 These are some of the tiniest seals I’ve ever made… I used the top of a pen to get the little impression. 💌 👉🏼 The trick is to not press down all the way and you have to hold the pen in place until the wax sets.
