No matter if it lasts three days, three months, or three years, ending a breastfeeding journey is never easy. When my last breastfeeding journey ended shortly after my son’s first birthday, I found myself in unfamiliar territory. Breastfeeding had been such a central part of my motherhood journey that I wasn’t sure who I was as a mother without it. It wasn’t just an identity shift at home—it felt like a shift in my entire world, even as a creator. For years, I’d been “that breastfeeding mom,” a resource and voice in the space, and suddenly, I wondered: Who am I now? It was hard to let go of something so meaningful, but what I’ve realized is that this chapter will always be a part of me—it’s just evolved. I may no longer be a breastfeeding mom, but I’ll always carry the experiences, the love, and the lessons. Now, I’m here to support you. Whether you’re just starting your journey, thinking about weaning, or somewhere in between, I want you to know you’re not alone. Motherhood is a constant evolution, and we’re in this together. 💕 ✨ If you’re on your breastfeeding journey—or navigating the transition to weaning—I’d love to hear about it in the comments. What’s been your biggest challenge or takeaway so far? Let’s support each other✨
