“It’s what you’re eating!” “You’re eating too much.” “You’re not eating enough.” “It’s your cycle!” “It’s your gut.” “Your metabolism is just slowing down.” “Why did you gain so much weight?” These comments would make me so frustrated. It felt like there would never be a solution to what was going on— and I felt so disconnected from my body. 😓 I was tired of feeling puffy, seeing my stomach in the mirror, holding onto weight I couldn’t lose, and always being exhausted. 🫠 NOW, I can get a full night’s sleep easily. I don’t experience painful bloating. I feel energized throughout the day. And I was able to lose excess fat 🥲 Here’s what ACTUALLY helped me (no pills or green juices needed) 🫶🏼💫 ps. save and share this with someone who is on their healing journey ❤️🩹 Reducing my stress through healthier, more sustainable habits 👏🏼 Let me explain… 🏋🏻♀️ Instead of overworking myself, I started training only 3-4x a week, prioritizing recovery and low intensity steady state cardio (LISS). 🛌 I stopped staring at my phone before bed and started actually having a healthy wind-down routine that gave me a restful night’s sleep. 🧠 Instead of overthinking and letting myself spiral out of control, I started journaling, making lists, practicing breath work and meditation. 🌀 I used to work at my desk to work for 6-8 hours straight and constantly be in “GO” mode… but now I set alarms and take breaks for my mental health. Of course there were shifts in my diet and training. But how you shift your mindset and lifestyle will change your body from within. It starts here 🤍 This is EXACTLY what we teach our @within.body gals. If this resonates with you and you’re looking for extra guidance, I can help 🫂 We’re opening more 1:1 coaching spots!!
