Wine is heart healthy! My grandma lives in Italy, drinks wine everyday with dinner and is 100 years old! Ok so what do you think that proves? Because for starters if you think the lifestyles of people in Italy, France, or the "blue zones" is identical to ours, you're sadly mistaken. Overall they live a healthier lifestyle overall than we do. This helps to Minimize many risk risk factors. Would you say driving without a seat belt is safe just because you never wear a seat belt and you've never had a problem? I hope not. Now, I want to talk about the "blue zones" really quick. Tje blue zones are bullshit. Flawed data. Many of the people being counted in this statistic have no birth certificate. Or death certificate. For instance in Greece, 9,000 people on the list are collecting a pension but they're also deceased. In Italy, 30,000 "living" people receiving pension benefits were found to be dead in 1997. According to Saul Justin Newman, a senior research fellow at the University College London Centre for Longitudinal Studies, there are no ā€œBlue Zonesā€. There are only places riddled with bad record keeping, where grasping family members never fill out death certificates, so they can keep claiming the dead personā€™s pension. Newman received an Ig Nobel, awarded for research that ā€œfirst makes people laugh, and then makes them thinkā€. The reason for this is simple. These places have a high incentive for committing pension fraud. So enough of the blue zones. Yall don't even want to walk and eat fruits and veggies, your lifestyle fails in comparison to how much healthier lifestyles are in these regions. Replying to @ariecasa I TALK ABOUT THE ADVENTIST CHURCH BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I KNOW. It doesn't matter what faults other churches have. The Adventist Church should always be held accountable for the bad that happens within it, and how they deal (and don't deal) with that. "Whataboutism" is a lame old Soviet debate "trick" to try to divert attention from their faults. It's...weak. #seventhdayadventistchurch #religousabuse #religioustrauma #churchabuse #Adventista #adventista7dia #sdachurch #adventistchurch #seventhdayadventist #exseventhdayadventist #exadventist #Adventist #exsda #whatabout #whataboutism #notallchurches
