Let take a look into my mind and discuss *delusions* , the bizarre, the scary, the silly. At some point, sometimes multiple points, in my life these were very real to me and I still carry trauma from some of the more severe, and I harbor stress from the ones that won't leave. Luckily when I'm medicated it's a little easier to see reality and disregard the delusions, but it's not always so simple so I grapple with them regularly. all of my “friends” left once I began this self care journey of pushing my own boundaries. they left because it forced them to take a second look at themselves and see all of the things they need to upgrade as well. they laughed and talked behind my back and always made me feel like a terrible friend for not wanting to go get wasted with them. they never once went with me on my adventures because they had all of these questions and things they needed first before they went, or too busy with their phone, or they rather watch netflix, they always needed their nic sticks, they never wanted to do their makeup or get ready, they just wanted to sit in their room. they always would brag about their dating apps and do anything other than sitting on their bed was simply “too much”, too much effort to go out into society and express themselves because they where scared.
