Here’s how I made this stunning loaf! 🥖🤤😍 I started with ripe active starter and my beginner sourdough recipe (video linked in profile)- but I swapped 50g of bread flour with 50g whole wheat flour for extra depth of flavor and structure! I also added 25g of water to make up for the absorption from the flour. I bulk fermented on the counter for about eight hours at around 75°F, shaped, and cold proofed for 24 hours. Baked at 450°F: 30 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered in my @krustic_crafts Dutch oven (code Hayley20 for $20 off until Feb 15th!)
