Giving that non-refundable due diligence fee to the sellers is such a risky, yet important, move, that’s why it’s important to have the right Realtor on your team to ensure that you give the appropriate amount without going overboard 🛥️ I’ve seen due diligence at what feels like their highest ($300k is silly for DD amount lol) to now having a more reasonable standard amount in a cooled market.
