(You can also google training plans!) A good rep/set range to start with is 3 sets with 12-15 reps of a low weight. Most machines will tell you how to use them on their stickers ❤️‍🔥 3. DONT CHANGE THE PLAN Too many people fall off because they didn’t get immediate results. Good things take time. Keep going. 4. Google was my best friend. Still is. There’s so much free info in the world, you can truly do anything. 5. Diet. If you’re overeating or under eating, you’re gonna feel that in your workouts! Drink water, eat protein, and use a calorie calculator (oh I love Google) to figure out a good starting point for your diet!!! You’ve got this. It’ll get easier.
