Confused about the best workout? Here’s what actually matters. So many people get caught up in trying to find the ‘perfect’ workout program. They jump from one to another, feeling FOMO about what they might be missing. But here’s the truth: it’s not about which workouts you’re doing—it’s about doing any workouts consistently. Focus on showing up and doing your best on that day—not your best ever, just the best you can right now. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection. The more you show up, the stronger, more flexible, and healthier you’ll feel. Stop overthinking it and start moving. Which workout habit keeps you consistent? Let me know below! #manflowyoga #yogaformen #yoga #habit #fomo
When I was younger, I spent a lot of time playing music. I played bass guitar in jazz combos and ensembles, and one summer, I even went to a jazz camp. While I was there, I asked others how I could get better, and they told me to transcribe music—listen to CDs, write out what I heard, and really immerse myself in it. But I didn’t do it. I couldn’t get myself to sit down and put in the work. As a result, I never got as good as I wanted to be. The same principle applies to yoga—or anything else for that matter. If you want to improve your flexibility, feel better in your body, and build a solid practice, you know what you need to do: show up consistently. At least three times a week. It’s not always easy, but you’re not going to see progress if you don’t take that step. So here’s your reminder to just do the damn thing. Let me know if you’ve had a similar experience—whether it’s with yoga, music, or anything else you’ve wanted to get better at but resisted doing what you knew was necessary. I’d love to hear your story. #manflowyoga #yogaformen #yoga #consistency #motivation
If you’re getting back into fitness for the New Year… here are 5 yoga poses to start with. -Pyramid Pose: Great for stretching tight hamstrings and calves. Keep your hips square, and focus on lengthening your spine as you fold forward. -Thread the Needle: Perfect for opening up tight shoulders and relieving tension in your upper back. Focus on relaxing your neck and breathing deeply into the stretch. -Low Lunge: A must for tight hips and quads. Keep your chest lifted and engage your core to maintain balance while deepening the stretch.  -Child’s Pose: The ultimate recovery pose. Use this to relax your lower back and stretch your hips. Keep your arms extended for a gentle shoulder stretch.  -Standing Side Bend: Loosen up your obliques and shoulders while improving your posture. Stay grounded through your feet and focus on creating length through your side body. Getting back into fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. What equipment do you really need to do yoga? Truth is, you can get by with what you have at home—use a towel instead of a mat, bottles or a foam roller instead of blocks, and a belt as a strap. But if you want the best experience, investing in the right equipment makes a huge difference. Our Man Flow Yoga Cork Set is specifically designed for men: -A yoga mat that’s 20% larger and built to support your size and movements. -Thick, supportive cork yoga blocks that help you deepen stretches and maintain form. -A sturdy strap to assist with stretches and modifications. -A cork yoga kneepad to protect your knees during floor work, so you can hold poses longer without discomfort. Everything is crafted with men in mind, made by us for you. Follow the bink in our lio for a $40 coupon to upgrade your yoga experience! #manflowyoga #yogaformen #yoga #yogamat #yogaequipment
Maturing is realizing that your body often knows its limits better than you do. Some days, you might feel full of energy and ready to take on a more intense yoga practice. Other days, you’ll feel tired or a bit off balance, and that’s when it’s essential to slow down and adjust. Listening to your body is key. On those lower-energy days, modifying poses or using props isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a sign of wisdom and respect for where you are in the moment. Yoga is not about pushing through discomfort but about honoring your journey and finding balance. Your body communicates with you constantly, so take the time to listen. Remember, it’s okay to adapt your practice to match how you feel today. If you’re ready to start building a strong, sustainable yoga practice tailored to you, folloq the bink in our lio for a free 7-day beginner's yoga challenge for men. Let’s take this step together! #manflowyoga #yogaformen #yoga #consistency #motivation #limitations

If you’re active in the Man Flow Yoga Facebook Group, then there’s a good chance you know today’s guest, Joe. Joe is one of the most motivating and inspiring people to other Man Flow Yoga Members—he even inspires me at times.  But the truth is that Joe wasn’t always jacked and healthy. In fact, after his first daughter was born, Joe didn’t exercise for 15 to 20 years!  One day just four years ago, Joe didn’t like how he looked, how he felt, or the example of aging he was setting for his daughters. And so, he stumbled into a gym for the first time in decades.  Shortly after, COVID closed the world down—but Joe didn’t use this as an excuse to give up. Instead, he started doing yoga and went on to become one of the best examples for how men over 50 can use yoga to become jacked and healthy. If you need a dose of inspiration, a new mindset tweak, or just want to see what’s possible when you dedicate yourself to yoga, tune into this week's episode of The Better Man Podcast.
