This was not his neighborhood, but Mortimer Goth was compelled to be here. He parked his bike, and removed his helmet, headed straight for the individual in the hat. He had no idea if that was her, but he took that chance. "Mr. Goth." Aradia looked to him, inviting him to sit next to her, "This is not your neighborhood, but you are a sight to see." She grinned toward him, the smell of fall brushing past them, picking up her scent of lavender and sage. "Ms. St.Claire." How charming she found him, even just the way he spoke, the exotic accent, the way his upper lip twitched. "I-I wanted to know if you'd, join me for dinner. I could use some help with an article I am writing." "Dinner? I'd love that Mr. Goth-" "Mortimer." He interrupted, "Just Mortimer, please." "Very well. Aradia. You may drop the formalities yourself." She'd smile at him coley. All this way for dinner. It was working. The enchantment. "Walk me home, Mortimer?" "Of course, Aradia." --------------------------- He escorted her back home, as they approached the manor, Mortimer took in the sight. He was unsure if he should be amazed, concerned, impressed, curious. "You live here?" He'd ask her. "I do, Impressed?" She chuckled, as they walked up the stairs. "It's lovely. I admit. Would give Goth Manor a run for it's money as towns creepy home." "Nothing compares to Ravenwood Manor, Mortimer." Aradia jests, "Well, please let me know the details of our dinner when you can, I look forward to it. "I do as well, Aradia." He rests a hand on the small of her back, pulling her in close, tilting her head back as he just stared, admired her. The two gazed into each others eyes, longingly, but it wasn't the right time yet. As much as Aradia wanted it to be, the timing had to be perfect. She pulled away slowly. "Goodnight, Mortimer." He lowered his head to her, "Goodnight, Aradia." He said, setting back off home. ------------ Up in her room, Aradia reflected on the day, it was surprising, memorable. How she wanted this, from the first moment, and how close she was to the plasma, however there was something more, something more brewing inside her. "I'm sorry Mortimer. I am sorry how things will become." She spoke to herself, brining her legs to her chest, eyes shutting, and dreaming.
