Kroger’s New Holiday Cookie Recipe 🍪
#KrogerPartner #Kroger @Kroger Ingredients: 1 stick room temp, unsalted butter (1 stick = 1/2 cup = 8 tablespoons) ¼ cup granulated sugar 4¾ cups fudge brownie mix (26 oz (approx. 2 boxes)) ¼ or ½ tsp cardamom, or to taste 1 cup all-purpose flour ¼ tsp salt 2 ½ tsp baking soda 2 tablespoons instant coffee, or to taste ¼ Cup nonfat dry milk powder 2 large eggs 2 ½ cups caramel chunks (20 oz) Flaky sea salt, to taste Step 1 Mix room-temp, unsalted butter and sugar on high 1-2 min until fully creamed. Step 2 Add eggs first and mix on low for 1 minute Combine dry ingredients (fudge brownie mix, cardamom, all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, instant coffee, and nonfat dry milk) into the same bowl Mix all on low 2-3 min, or until well-incorporated. If the dough appears dry, you can add 1-2 tsp of water. Step 3 Add caramel chunks and chill dough (overnight is preferred, or 2-3 hours in a pinch) Step 4 Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit Create 2-inch balls of dough (approx. 3oz) on the cookie sheet, keep 2-3 inch between each scoop so they don't blend when expanded. Bake for 12-14 minutes, depending on how gooey you want the cookies. Step 5 Allow cookies to set on the pan until cool to touch. Add sea salt on top after baking, to taste.
