Detailed Coach's Notes Below ⬇️ 1️⃣ ELBOWS IN: Keep your elbows pressed into the side of your body. Allowing your arms to creep out to the side shortens the rope and increases the chance that you're going to trip. 2️⃣ ROTATE WRISTS: Make sure that most of the turning motion is being generated by your wrists, and not your shoulders or elbows. 3️⃣ LEGS STRAIGHT: Avoid the temptation to tuck your knees in an attempt to give the rope more time to travel under your feet. Instead, do... 4️⃣ TALL JUMPS: Don't do short, shallow jumps like you would on Single Unders. Instead, load up the legs in a shallow squat and jump as high as you can. 5️⃣ LIFT TOES: Give the rope an extra millisecond to pass under your feet by lifting your toes at the top of your jump. 6️⃣ RELAX SHOULDERS: As you get comfortable with the movement, start tuning into your shoulders. The more relaxed they are, the bigger your sets will become. ⭐️ BONUS TIP: Practice makes perfect. If you spend 5 minutes a day working on these cues you'll be a Double Under monster within a month! 🙌 Hope that helps! Tag someone that's trying to learn dubs and challenge them to give these a try!
