Mix until well combined.  -Dry batter 1 cup flour  1 cup corn starch  2 tsp salt  1 tsp garlic powder  1 tsp paprika  -Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the chicken and toss, making sure it’s well coated. I like to also press the flour into the chicken. Once coated, gently shake off excess flour and place on a baking sheet. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes.  -BBQ Sauce  3/4 cup BBQ sauce  3 Tbsp honey  3Tbsp melted butter  -Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until sauce is smooth.  Frying: 7 cups canola oil -Heat oil to 350°F to 360°F. -Deep fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. I like to do drumsticks and wings separately so they cook evenly. Check the oil occasionally with an instant read thermometer to make sure it’s staying around 350°F to 360°F. Adjust heat when needed.  -Remove wings and set on a wire rack to drain.  -Once all wings are done, Brush BBQ sauce on all sides. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and add onion, bell pepper, green beans, and sausage. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Spread out vegetables and sausage evenly and cook for 16 minutes.  -In a bowl, add shrimp and mix with 1 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp Cajun seasoning, and 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning. 4 tsp oyster sauce
4 Tbsp water
2 garlic cloves, grated
1/2 tsp sugar 
1/4 tsp baking soda  2 Tbsp avocado oil -In a large bowl, mix together all marinade ingredients, except for avocado oil. Add beef, fully coating all sides. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.  -Add avocado oil to a wok and cook beef until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove and set aside. Fried rice: 4 Tbsp butter, divided  1 carrot, diced 1/2 onion, diced  3 garlic cloves, finely chopped  4 cups jasmine rice, cooked 1 Tbsp avocado oil 4 eggs, whisked and seasoned with salt and pepper 3 Tbsp soy sauce  1/2 tsp salt  1/2 tsp white pepper  2 Tbsp sesame seeds  4 scallions chopped, plus more for topping -In the same wok, add 2 Tbsp butter and let melt.
