Everything You Need: * Milk - 3/4 cup * Sugar - 1 tbsp * Active dry yeast - 1 tsp * All-purpose flour - 2 cups * Salt - 1 tsp * Any oil - 1 tbsp * Walnuts - 1/3 cup * Sesame seeds - 1.5 tbsp * Brown sugar - 1/4 cup * Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp How to Make: 1. Pour room temperature or slightly warm milk into a bowl. Add sugar and yeast, mix well, and set aside to activate. 2. In another bowl, add flour, salt, and oil. Pour the milk from step 1 into the flour bowl. Mix well with a spoon. 3. When the dough becomes somewhat ball-shaped, knead the dough in the bowl and cover it up! 4. Leave it alone for 1.5 hours, so that it can double in size. 5. Chop up walnuts into small crumbs. 6. In another bowl, mix the chopped-up walnuts, sesame seeds, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a little bit of salt. 7. Now oil up your table/baking tray and divide the dough into 6 balls. 8. In the dough-ball, add a 3 spoonfuls of filling to the center, pinch up the edges to close the ball. Then very gently roll it upside down for a perfect seal. 9. Heat a pan over small heat then oil it. Add the dough balls to the heated pan, and gently press them down until flat like a hotteok. Cook each side until they are golden brown! Done!! . .
