With our constantly evolving world people have become more socially isolated than ever before. People need a reason to come together. For a long time I've blamed social media and technology for driving people apart, but Tiktok was the first time I've seen people come together in such an intimate way. I've used this app to meet people, form relationships, and build a community of individuals that share that same desire to interact. The thought of this app going dark tomorrow is devastating. Its heartbreaking to see the app that changed my mind about the social implications of technology and social media be banned. I am going to begin streaming on the Favorited app to rebuild that same community of people that desire human connection, but it’s understandable if everyone isn’t ready to make that switch. I will always miss TikTok and I will forever remember all the good times and memories we made here. We always have to keep moving forward. We are forever pushing up the mountain ❤️
