Easy Homemade Blueberry Jam 🫐

Vanilla Mix together the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, being sure to stir frequently. Once boiling reduce heat to medium and continue to cook the blueberry mixture until it reaches 220°F (about 15 minutes). When the blueberries reach 220° remove from heat and mix in the vanilla. Let the blueberry jam cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a jar or airtight container. The jam thickens as it cools. Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
