THE MOMENT FINALLY ARRIVED ❤️ Shrey and I have been together for 6 years and during all these years our parents could never meet each other. For some reason or the other, the opportunity never arose for either my parents to fly to India or for Shrey's parents to fly to Italy 😔 We always wanted our parents to meet each other and it would make us sad that they were only in contact via whatsapp. (Fun fact: My parents don't speak English that well so they would communicate with Shrey's parents via Google Translate. My mom would write to Shrey's mom in English, and Shrey's mom would reply back in Italian. It was so cuute🥹) Finally, we got this moment for our wedding when they could meet. It was a surreal moment when they finally met each other. Shrey and I were not at all nervous about how the first meeting would go, because both our parents sort of knew each other. Still, when the moment arrived, my mom was so happy she couldn't stop her emotions from getting the better of her. My dad was so excited he couldn't stop telling Shrey's Mom about everything Italian 🤣 It was such a memorable day for us, one we would never ever forget 😭 #family #Love #interculturalcouple #india #italy
