I thought losing weight would make me happy until I realized that wasn’t actually a magical fix for my mental health. During my time away I’ve been on quite the journey. I’ve gained around 20lbs or so, not really sure because I don’t want to get back into bad habits.. But I’m healthy & giving my body the love it deserves! I also went from being a stay at home mom for 6 years, to going back to work as a legal assistant!! 😱 It’s been quite the whirlwind of events these days, but I’m hanging in there & taking it one day at a time! I truly don’t know what transition was harder, going from a working mom to stay at home mom or a stay at home mom to a working mom.. They are both not easy by any means. After 6 years of being home with my babies, I went back to work 😳 It’s been quite the adjustment trying to figure out a new routine, childcare, a new career… but we’re making it work!
