I love making smoothies for my family! Here’s a go-to recipe: -handful spinach -1 banana (fresh or frozen) -1.5 cups blueberries -1 heaping cup strawberries -(optional) 1 scoop protein powder @Truvani (my kids like the flavor this adds-linked the one we like in bio) -1/2 avocado -1 tb flaxseed or hempseed -2-3 cups water or milk of choice (add little by little to desired consistency) Served in my favorite kid smoothie cups and to mine, I added @Purely Elizabeth granola! #toddlerfood#healthytoddlermeals#toddlersnackideas#toddlerrecipes
I love to be prepared when traveling with multiple kids!
