2020 was the year that tested everything. The world shut down, businesses collapsed, and for us—it felt like the walls were closing in. We were on the edge of losing everything. Revenue plummeted, opportunities vanished, and one by one, people started leaving, choosing the safer route: to exit. And every sign, every piece of logic, every ‘expert’ pointed to one conclusion—"No." ❌ No, this isn’t the time to take risks. ❌ No, you should cut your losses. ❌ No, this business won’t survive. But we had one thing left—belief. We made the hardest decision of our lives: we kept going. When others pulled back, we pushed forward. When fear told us to stop, we doubled down. We reinvented, adapted, and gritted our way through uncertainty, knowing that if we could survive this, we could survive anything. That moment in 2020 could’ve been the end of our story. Instead, it became the chapter where we refused to quit.

The most priceless things in life aren’t bought—they’re lived: peace, health, family, faith, and a calm mind. 🙏🏻

In the same way Africa craves recognition and a fair opportunity to shine. The continent has immense potential, with rich natural resources, a growing entrepreneurial spirit, and a vibrant youth population eager to make an impact. However, for Africa to truly rise, it needs an environment of healthy competition—one that fosters innovation, collaboration, and fair opportunities for all. Competition, when balanced and ethical, encourages progress by pushing individuals, businesses, and nations to improve without resorting to destructive practices. Ultimately, whether in family dynamics or global development, a fair and healthy competitive environment is key to success and long-term progress.
