Prepare the Caramel:     * In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, combine 1 tablespoon of granulated sweetener with 1/2 teaspoon of water and caramel stevia (if using).      * Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes until the mixture turns a golden brown caramel color. Watch closely to prevent burning.     * Carefully swirl the caramel to coat the bottom of the mug. 2.
