Rinse the red beans and place them in a pot with 1 tsp of salt and enough water to fully cover. Bring to a boil. 2. Once the water has reduced, lower the heat and stir occasionally with a spatula. Add a little water as needed during cooking, to prevent burning. 3. In a bowl, combine quick oats, tapioca starch, allulose, 1/2 tsp of salt, almond flour, and lukewarm water and whisk for 1 minute. 4. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish. Using the LG NeoChef microwave function, heat the batter at 700W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. 5. Top with the prepared red bean paste.
