#onthisday the day you all made this go viral. I need to cook this one again. This seasoning and dish are AHHHHHHH-mazing. Pasta Aglio Olio 2 chicken breast 2 tablespoons of avocado oil 1 1/2 tablespoons of of Aglio Olio 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 shallot 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup white wine Parmesan cheese 1 jar Trader Joe’s Alfredo sauce One cup of salted pasta water Choose any pasta to your liking. Liberally season chicken breast on both sides with avocado oil and Aglio Olio seasoning. Add to a pan on medium high heat with tablespoon of avocado oil and butter, seer 2 to 3 minutes on each side then baste chicken with butter remove and set aside. Add shallots, onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes to pan, deglaze pan with white wine and broth. Let sauce reduce then add whole jar of Trader Joe’s Alfredo sauce to pan. Once sauce has come to a rolling boil, turn down the heat, add pasta water, broccoli, and sliced chicken; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Add as much Parmesan cheese as you’d like.
