How To Properly Oil & Massage ✨ in 3 Easy Steps + 3 Easy Methods ✍️: Step 0: Choose a Good Oil 🌿(I use mine called Mal’s Scalp & Hair oil, available at Meditatewithmal.com, or you can learn how to make it in my playlist. *See bottom for more oil suggestions!) Step 1: IF NEW TO OILING or you have fragile hair, get scalp a little damp with a mist sprayer, not too wet! πŸ’¦This will help prevent the initial shedding a little. Step 2: Apply the oil directly to the skin of the scalp, parting hair and applying more as needed πŸ§‘β€πŸ¦². Step 3: Massage the scalp using 3 methods. M1: Move the scalp (gently at first)- the skin of the scalp should slightly move across the skull πŸƒ. M2: Massage in circles - this is the best way to promote blood flow and ensure the oil gets into the roots of the hair πŸ” M3: Use fingertips to stimulate the scalp, boost by using nails directly into the scalp if the person can tolerate it! This makes a big difference!! πŸ’…πŸ½ *Before you start, it’s really important to use a good, strong, herbal 🌿 oil if you want healthier hair and better growth. If this is just a massage, use any oil you like! I highly suggest unrefined sesame oil, coconut oil, or jojoba oil for sensitive skin. The oil I make is a strong herbal infused blend 🌿 specially designed to heal your scalp from a variety of issues and boost hair growth, learn how to make it or more about it in my playlist or get your own bottle at Meditatewithmal.com πŸ’– Join the virtual community and see the all natural skincare I will be sharing soon in my bio πŸ’– Do any/all 5 actions to support: Like, Comment, Save, Repost, Share by pressing copy link - doesn't have to be sent.
