These sweet friends of 30 plus years take my hubs to lunch religiously. They all have the same sense of humor so it’s pretty dang fun for me to tag along with them now and then. #lovestory #mswarrior #growthroughwhatyougothrough #friendship #bestfriendgoals #autoimmunedisease #autoimmunediseaseawareness #loveandcompassion

ONE in EIGHT of the ingredients used in beauty products in the US are industrial chemicals, including carcinogens, pesticides, and hormone disruptors. More than 56% of the popular beauty products on the market contain PFAs (forever chemicals), which are known to cause cancer, high cholesterol, and weakened immune systems. When our body is taxed with toxin overload, it becomes sick, and when our body becomes sick, it does its best to let us know with: 💥 Acne or rashes on our skin 💥 Joint pain and inflammation 💥 Organ diseases 💥 Leaky gut syndrome 👉🏻 autoimmune diseases 💥 Thyroid problems 💥 MS and other chronic conditions 💥 and cancer The one I focus on is the gut because I know if we work on that, it benefits ALL parts of the body. When we work to balance and add in powerful nutrients, antioxidants, anti-fungals, and natural anti-inflammatories, we’re reducing the toxic load while helping our bodies function more optimally. This means: 👉🏻 Better overall health 👉🏻 Clearer skin 👉🏻 Better mental health 👉🏻 Stronger immune system 👉🏻 Less chronic illness & pain 👉🏻 Better digestion 👉🏻 Better sleep As women, beauty products are such a large part of our lives and it’s something we can honestly easily swap and make such a drastic change in our well-being with. And just a little food for thought when shopping around for “cleaner” products: 🌿 “organic” doesn’t always mean clean 🌿 “natural” doesn’t always mean clean 🌿 “plant-derived” doesn’t always mean clean 🌿 “non-toxic” doesn’t always mean clean Sometimes it depends which standards the companies go by. I try to only use products that pass European beauty standards because they’re MUCH stricter than US standards. Follow along while I share which products are ACTUALLY non-toxic and better for your overall health. #toxicfreeliving #nontoxicbeauty #nontoxicskincare #organicbeautyproducts #beautyover40 #autoimmunediseaseawareness #guthealthiseverything
