Healthy Baked Salmon Parcels in Orange Juice #ad ——————————— This recipe has been in my family for over 10 years and I’m finally sharing it here… It's my go to when I have only 15 min to prep a delicious dinner for the family. It's super delicious, moist, and full of flavor. @Easy Home Meals  ————————- To prepare it for 4 people you will need: 6 oz orange juice @Tropicana  4 7 oz salmon filets 4 green Onions, sliced thinly 1 sm knob fresh Ginger, grated 4 cloves garlic, grated 5.5 oz light soy sauce 1 oz mirin 1 oz rice vinegar 2 tsp sugar Cooked rice Method : Preheat oven to 350F Prepare a parchment paper pouch by folding it like a hand fan and sealing both edges with twine. Open it from the middle and place each fillet inside. Combine ginger, garlic, sauce, rind,oil, mirin, rice vinegar, juice and sugar in small bowl, divide mixture among fish pieces. Gather corners of parchment paper above fish, twist to enclose. Bake in the oven for 10 min.
