I love fish cake š© this is Chef Paikās recipe btw * 200g Fish cake (usually abt half of a pack) * Ā½ Onion * 1 carrot (optional) * 2 green onions * 3 cloves of garlic minced / 1-2 tbsp minced garlic * 1tbsp sugar * 3 tbsp soy sauce * 1tbsp sesame oil * Sprinkle some salt to taste * Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) 1. Cut fish cake, carrots, onion, and green onions to your liking, ideally bite size cuz duh 2. Add cooking oil and minced garlic to a heated pan (medium high) and sautĆ© for a minute 3. Add fish cake and stir fry in the pan for 1-2 minutes 4. Add onion and carrots stir fry in the pan for 1-2 minutes (till onion is translucent) 5. Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt and stiry fry all together (you can also have the sauce ingredients pre-mixed if you like)Ā 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and let it cool before storing in fridge. You can eat it cold or hot - up to you! Eat within 4-5 days.Ā
