EXPLOSIVE PULL-UPS This can be do with no kip as well. Meaning, don’t bring your knees up and just use upper body.  This will require more strict strength.  I just like doing more explosively. I always wanted to be more explosive with my pushing, so I stopped training like everyone else and started implementing specific calisthenics movements to actually help me achieve that goal.  These 3 exercises will guarantee that you can do explosive and cool calisthenics skills like the “Behind the back clap pushups.” I can’t make you do these. But I highly suggest you get on these asap if you want to move like a badass.  It’s cool benching 315 but moving like this is just 😮‍💨 I should say… Beast mode.
