When I first became a mother, I never knew it was a thing to sleep with your baby. I thought you had to put them in their own bed. Soon after she was born, I realized my anxiety was getting worse every day from worrying about if she was okay in her crib and would wake up several times a night to not only feed her/change her but check on her in between those times too. I wasn't sleeping and needed help. Then I learned about co-sleeping/bed sharing and it has been the best thing to happen to my mental health. She loves it too😊 I'm just sad because she is growing up so quick... But so happy that she still loves to cuddle her mama ❤️❤️❤️ (Warning ⚠️ : I would cuddle her to sleep in these positions but I did not sleep with her in these positions.
