Running Goals for 2025 🏃🏽♀️ Now that I built a true passion and love for running during 2024, it’s time to set some goals for 2025. 1 - I still suck at properly warming up and stretching my body (probably why my knee hurts now). To prevent further injuries, this is something I actively want to work on every single day. If you’re like me, where you just want to get the workout over with, this is definitely a mental thing! 2 - I’ve done really well bringing my easy and comfortable pace down to under 12 mins. By the end of 2025 I would like to sit at 10 3 - Same thing with my Fast or Race pace. I’ve brought it down to about 10:30-11 on average but I would like to sit at 9:30 4 - I want to run a half marathon (or 2) this year! I’ll be doing little races between now and then, working on my distances, hitting new PRs with every race I do, until I get there 5 - Maybe, HARD MAYBE, do a marathon this year. Let’s see how well I do the top 4 that will bring me back to this one!
