When I was a kid, he always said, “If you don’t have the money, you better have the time.” That’s stuck with me my whole life. Any time someone asked me, “Can you figure this out?” I’d be like, “Yeah, totally, I can.” And then I would go and search online until I found the answers. This advice helped me learn how to be resourceful: to find answers, to find mentors, to find the books, to find YouTube videos, anything. You can see the world as a teacher.
