Pineapple Coconut Cake 🍰 INGREDIENTS: 1 box of @realduncanhines pineapple supreme cake mix 3 eggs 1 cup of pineapple juice instead of water 1/2 cup vegetable oil FOR 3 MILK SYRUP: 1 can evaporated milk 9oz condensed milk (or adjust sweetness level to your liking) 1/3 cup coconut whipped cream FOR WHIPPED TOPPING: 2 cups heavy whipping cream 2 tbs granulated sugar 1 tub cool whipped (optional) *whip the heavy cream and sugar together then add cool whipped FRUIT TOPPINGS: Crushed pineapple (drained any liquid) 🍍 Strawberry 🍓 Kiwi fruit 🥝 TO DO: Mix cake according to directions on box Do substitute the water for pineapple juice After mixing the cake mix, bake at 350°F for 26min or longer if needed Once cake is done, poke holes on and then make your syrup. You can make it ahead of time too.
