This Baked Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta turned out like we went out and ordered it on date night.🥂 See comments for more info. 2 chicken breasts marinated in Neil’s Sarap BBQ Cajun Blackened Seasoning, white balsamic vinegar and Garlic Olive Oil. Browned in regular olive oil and cooked until done, using my @MEATER for a perfect 165°. Set aside to rest. Got my fettuccine cooked while starting my sauce. Simmered a small onion and minced garlic then added a bit of vegetable broth and heavy cream. Seasoned it with more Cajun Blackened Seasoning, paprika and dried parsley. Folded in the pasta, it was plenty saucy, so I added plenty of grated Parmesan from the bottle without worrying about it getting clumpy. The pasta went into my new cute Gratin stoneware, the sliced chicken next, shaved parm and more Cajun Blackened Seasoning. Baked at 350° until heated through and cheese was melted. So delicious!!😍 🤷🏻♀️Not out of character, I just threw this together based on what I had on hand. Best of all, I played around with some Christmas gifts from my kids! They know what Mom likes!!🥰 Olive oil sprayer/pourer @Fustini’s Oils & Vinegars White Balsamic & Garlic Olive Oil @Le Creuset Stoneware Gratin Dishes 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Save 15% @Neil's Sarap BBQ Use my code: KATHYBBQ Follow Along👇 @_my_semi_charred_life . . . . . . . .
