2025. Looking at this selfie and reflecting on how far I’ve come, I’m reminded of the challenges, growth, and lessons that shaped me along the way. Balance has become my focus now—balancing strength, cardio, and movement that feels good for my body and mind. I love myself and my body and where I am today physically I am happy, mentally I am stronger, emotionally I am balanced. But it wasn’t always this way. Swipe through these milestones: 📸 2020: I was at my smallest during COVID, doing non-stop cardio with my Snatched Babe Team in live Bootcamps. No junk food, no red meat, no fast food—just pure grind. I was working hard, but behind the scenes, I was still trying to find real balance. 📸 2017: Six weeks postpartum, holding my newborn son, and starting over. I was eating clean and trying to reconnect with my body. I didn’t recognize myself, but I embraced that season for what it was—snuggles, love, and a fresh start. This journey hasn’t been easy. Finding balance didn’t happen overnight, but it’s taught me that small, consistent steps can lead to big changes. To the women reading this: wherever you are right now, know that you’re capable of so much more than you think. Start where you are, honor your pace, and keep showing up. You’re building something beautiful.
