I understand now why they call it Misery instead of Missouri. Apparently their family support services are so bad they were found guilty by the US District Court of violating the laws governing snap. I completed the interview, was “approved” for emergency benefits to start the next day, but it never happened. Once I finally got through to a real person (weeks later!) they told me I didn’t finish the interview and was rejected. The worker told me I would be transferred to an interviewer and then disconnected me.
