#2 • 5 sets 10 reps - Slant Board Squats - Knees Over Toes, then do 3 sets 8 reps with a 3 second eccentric movement - LIGHT WEIGHT (60.5lbs), I’m focusing on form, tempo, and pushing my connective tissue to it’s limit
#3 • 3 sets 8 reps - Split Squats with 15lb dumbbells - at the bottom of the rep, keep the heel elevated, really trying to focus on increasing my knees stability
#4 • 3 sets 10 reps - Standing Single Leg Hamstring Curls . & I FINALLY HIT MY SPLIT WITHOUT YOGA BLOCKS!
