Ingredients For the Meat: 2 1/2 lb bistec (thinly sliced beef) 1 tbsp Chef Merito meat seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp oil For the Fries: 4 large potatoes, cut into fries 2 tsp Ravens hot seasoning (or your preferred spicy seasoning) 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp black pepper For the Guacamole: 5 ripe avocados 4 tomatoes, diced 1/2 purple onion, finely chopped 5 serrano chiles, finely chopped (adjust to taste) Juice of 2 lemons 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon For Assembly: 4 large flour tortillas Salsa (your favorite) Sour cream Directions 1.
