Add this paste to the Nanak Yogurt. Add a pinch of salt and water to the yogurt and whisk until smooth. If you prefer a finer texture, blend the mixture in a blender for a silky, sauce-like consistency.  Step 2: Assemble the Dahi Puri Gently crack open the top of each puri to create a small opening. Fill each puri with a layer of boiled potato and chopped onion. Add a spoonful of the prepared yogurt mixture into each puri. Drizzle coriander chutney and tamarind chutney over the yogurt. Sprinkle a pinch of red chili powder and chaat masala on top. Generously top each puri with sev. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves for a fresh flavor.  Step 3: Serve Serve immediately, so the puris remain crispy while absorbing the tangy, creamy yogurt flavors. This South Indian twist with curry leaves and ginger in the yogurt adds a refreshing and aromatic touch to the classic Dahi Puri!
