I went from 265 Ibs to 190 Ibs within 6 months. During the year and 8 months of going to the gym, my weight stayed between 200 and 220 pounds, but I didn’t focus on the scale. I cared about how I carried myself. In May, I started having stomach pains and discovered it was my gallbladder. I went on a strict diet to avoid surgery and have lost 50 lbs in the past 6 months. Even though my doctor said I could go back to my old eating habits, I’ve chosen to stick with my new diet because I now care about what I put into my body. . . . . .
