This Corn and Poblano Dip is Smoky, Cheesy, and perfect for a party or gameday! Ingredients: 2 cans sweet corn 1 can cream corn 8oz of sour cream 1 block cream cheese 4 poblano peppers(charred, peeled, and chopped) 1 pound bacon(cooked and chopped) 16oz Colby Jack Or Cheddar cheese(shredded) Directions: 1. Fire up your grill to 400F degrees. Rub down the poblano peppers with a little oil and grill on all sides until completely charred. Place peppers in a bag. 2. Next combine the corn, cream corn, cream cheese, and sour cream. Peel and chop the peppers, then add to the dip. Next add the cooked bacon and shredded cheese. Smoke or place in the oven at 250F degrees for about an hour. Give it a good stir and go for another 30 min. Serve with Corn chips. Enjoy!
