SO FREAKING GOOD 🧚‍♂️  here’s the recipe!  3 tbsp matcha powder (my favorite is from Clevr)  1 cup milk (go to rn is almond protein milk) 1/4 cup of chia seeds  1 tbsp of maple syrup  Stir thoroughly, then leave in the fridge for 15 minutes. Once those 15 min are up, stir again, then top with any fruit or nuts you’d like!  And that’s it!! You can eat it as soon as two hours after you make it, or leave it overnight. back in my chia pudding phase and I’m soooo happy about it 🍓🥛💋  Strawberries and cream chia pudding (serves 1): 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup @elmhurst1925 cashew/coconut milk 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp strawberry @Coconutcult  2 tbsp crushed freeze dried strawberries  1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste  1 tbsp almond protein powder Water to thin if needed! Like nostalgic early 2000’s food network cooking show but make it chaotic mom of two home video edition.  🥝🫐🍓Chia Custard: 4 cups organic/grassfed milk  1 tablespoon Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon grassfed butter Bring to a simmer over medium heat.  Meanwhile in a bowl whisk: 4 eggs 3/4 cup of chia seeds  1/2 pure maple syrup Temper egg chia mixture with a little bit of steamed milk to bring it up to warmer temperature  Slowly add chia egg mixture to milk in pot whisking. Let simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.  Remove from heat let cool then place in fridge to cool completely and fully thicken. How to make chia pudding : If you are looking for a healthy snack that also provides you with protein, omega-3’s and packed with fiber and taste good at the same time then give my chia pudding a try! You only need four ingredients to make it and it can be changed in so many ways as you can add fresh fruit or pair it with your favorite smoothie.  INGREDIENTS:   1 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk or any plant based milk of choice 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup INSTRUCTIONS:   1.Get a mixing bowl and measure out your non-dairy milk 2. Place 2 tbsp chia seeds into the mixing bowl with your non- dairy milk 3. Pour maple syrup , agave and vanilla in and mix  4.  Place it in the fridge until it firms up this can take at least 20- 30 minutes 5. If you’d like to make this the night ahead or meal prep you can do this by keeping it in a storage container.  6. Enjoy on it’s own or with fresh berries like I have pictured here or with your favorite smoothie on top.
