📌 Ingredients: * 2 lbs chicken breast (cubed) * 3 tbsp olive oil * 2 tbsp lemon juice * 3 garlic cloves (minced) * 1 tsp paprika * 1 tsp cumin * ½ tsp turmeric * ½ tsp chili powder * 1 tsp Soy Sauce * 1 tbsp yogurt * Salt & pepper to taste * Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 min) 📌 Instructions: 1. In a bowl, add the chicken cubes and mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices. 2. Marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best!). 3. Thread chicken onto skewers. 4. Grill or Airfry on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked. Saffron Rice:
📌 Ingredients: * 1 ½ cups basmati rice * 2 cups water or chicken broth * ½ tsp saffron threads (soaked in 2 tbsp warm water) * 2 tbsp butter * ½ tsp salt 📌 Instructions: 1. Rinse rice until water runs clear. 2. In a pot, melt butter, spices then add rice and sauté for 2 minutes. 3. Add water/broth, saffron water, and salt. 4.
