Comment “God’s Food” 🥬🥦🥒 if you want to Join the Group! Most churches do a 21 day fast every January. I’ve been feeling so sluggish and gross after all the holiday food. Digestion off, breaking out, feeling slow in workouts. The Lord has been reminding me that the term I use often “Whole Foods” is really just another way of saying HIS food. He gave us food to eat and told us how to keep healthy. Let’s start 2025 prioritizing HIS food and honoring the temple he gave us! Let’s get it! #fitness #dallasfitness #faithandfitness #christianfitness #christian #fitnessmotivation #christianinfluencer #dallastrainer #dallas #dallaspersonaltrainer

The fact that we lifted for 3 hours, went to brunch to yap about Jesus, and then went to sprouts to walk around 💗 God goes crazy with friendships when you pray and trust him! We all agreed this is the most community, and love from other women we’ve ever felt. Literally a perfect day spent with my sisters in Christ 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏾 #fitness #dallasfitness #faithandfitness #christianfitness #christian #fitnessmotivation #christianinfluencer #dallastrainer #dallas #dallaspersonaltrainer

We do not wrestle against flesh and blood. Not even our own, though you may have slipped into the trap of chasing physical outcomes without ever paying close attention to what’s beneath the surface of your struggles. You’re powerful because you have Christ. It is critical to his wicked scheme to keep you bound up in some way. Healthy nutrition and daily physical activity are two powerful components God put in place for us to experience energy and freedom in this life. A part of his design. So when we notice ourselves drifting away from that we have to fight our way back to what God wants for us. More than weight loss or any other symptom we might be tempted to address, it’s our sin we must address. Our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit meant to be treated as God’s property and presented to him as an offering. The enemy would have it that what we present is a neglected, weak, and wounded vessel, hindered by our own doing. Resist the devil this year. Fight back and take control of your lifestyle. Start stewarding the measure of health God has given you well. Comment “2025” to discuss how I can help you make this year a year of true transformation on your health journey. #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch

Early morning gym routine ✨ Trust me yall, every time my alarm goes off I be wanting to just stay in the bed! Then I’m like what would Jesus do 🤣 and get up because I know there’s someone out there who would love to be in my position. It’s about self-discipline and being grateful for where you are and what you have! You have to think of the gym, as your job — you gotta clock in regardless if you want to or not! (Obviously rest days are important but you should have a set structure!—Workout plans are linked in my bio!) Hebrews 12:11 “Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.” KJV Make today a great day and make great choices lives 🫶🏽🙏🏽✨ #fyp #gymgirl #builtbybray #christianfitness #christiangirl #GymTok

It sounds crazy but I’ve learned a unique way to tell others about Jesus. 🗣️Testify through exercise 🗣️Let your health journey be a testimony 🗣️Steward the health you have well Then tell them about the goodness of God when they ask what you’re doing or you encounter them on the journey. People can’t see your spirit but they can see your actions. They notice when you’re walking in brokenness or living in victory. God gave me my ability to walk and run, let alone the fact that he saved my life. I’m not willing to squander that with sedentary living and poor health habits that make me sick. I prayed and pleaded with God to heal me all the way, until I finally accepted my limitations. Then one day after an all out argument I had with God, he healed me. He didn’t have to but he did. In his mercy and grace. My argument was rooted in faith and I believe that’s what mattered to him more than my frustration. So I do not take my health lightly, knowing that I could have a lot less of it than I do. So I honor him by stewarding the measure of health he’s given me. And I encourage you to do the same. Even if you’re dealing with physical burdens, you have a measure of health to steward. Don’t let your injury or condition make you complacent, or worse, ungrateful. The biggest thank you we could ever give to God regarding all the physical obstacles he’s helped us overcome is to take good care of our bodies. They belong to him, his Spirit abides in them, and he loves us. I’m a Christian fitness coach and I run an online coaching program that guides people toward Christ and incredible health simultaneously. If you’d like my help, send me a message!! You keep asking what you’re doing wrong, well. Consider that it’s not just the food you eat or not doing cardio. Consider that why you’re doing wrong isn’t about the nutrition plan you’re not actually following or the supplements you’re not taking. It’s deeper than that which is why it’s so hard for you to see. Impulse is a weapon far too many of us don’t acknowledge as anything the enemy can use. Impulse has led to so many of your poor physical and mental health habits that you just chalk them up to bad habits. You don’t see what’s happening. But I want you to think about how long your emotions have been driving the ship of your health journey. Even when it comes to the diets you’ve started and quit, coaches you’ve hired and ghosted, workouts you avoided for something “more important.” When we get a grip on our emotions we take back control. We stop floating around with no anchor and plant both feet on the solid rock of Jesus in every area of our lives. Imagine feeling rooted and grounded on your health journey. How much better you would feel and how much progress you would make in a year. Take a good hard look in the mirror at what you’ve been allowing to run things in your life and be honest. If it’s been emotion, know that you have an alternative. Intentionality. Making every decision from a place of wisdom, truth, and purpose, acknowledging God in all your ways. That may sound like a lot of work but if you’re not happy with where you’re at, it’s more than worth it. I’m here to help! Comment BLUEPRINT to kickstart your fitness journey with kingdom principles that will build you from the inside out. #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch

Christ died for our freedom and the enemy knows that. He’s using food and other comforts to create a bondage that doesn’t exist unless we give power to it. Your health is a gift your can squander and so many of Gods people are losing the fight in this area. So I’m taking my love for the church, 12 years of fitness coaching experience, and the ability to serve online to help people win back their physical freedom. So I’m offering two options that will help you do this. The first, is a book I’ve written to destroy the division between following Christ and living a healthy life. It’s proven highly effective in the lives of those who’ve read it and continues to bear fruit. The other is a program designed to remodel your body, lifestyle, and mindset using proven nutrition and fitness strategies with biblical teaching and encouragement every day. 📘To grab a copy of my book or check out the Fit for Heaven program comment I’m in and tap the link on my page! Either way you’re moving toward freedom and away from stagnancy and bondage. It is for freedom Christ has set us free. Let’s walk in that together.💪🛡️ #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch
These have all been so helpful for me and I know they’ll help you! 1. Include them as much as possible. Get active with them on the weekends and during the week. 2. Create an activity schedule. These are so fun because you get to plan fun activities with the family. Keep your personal workouts in mind. This could look like Just Dance on Mondays, Walk around the neighborhood on Wednesdays, and bike ride on Saturdays. 3. Get a walking pad and place somewhere they can join you to watch a show or movie while you walk. 4. Allow them to help you make health foods. Teach them about them and let them take ownership in making them. 5. Workout before they wake up. This gives you the emotional permission to workout without worrying about who needs something from you or missing out on something. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I get having a family and wanting to spend as much time with them as possible. Especially when you and your family are busy. Your health goals don’t have to be a roadblock for making memories and you don’t have to feel bad for taking care of yourself. If you’re trying to lose weight and feel more confident in your body, you have to align your habits with those goals. So while you need to stick with a plan to make the changes you want, find ways to make time for your family in the midst of your pursuit. I often see my clients stimulate a culture of good health in their home through little strategies like this! 📍Save this for later 📲Share this for a parent in your network. #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch

As a new believer in 2011 I wish I had heard these. Fasting is a beautiful arrangement between creator and created where we get to sit in the all sufficient presence of God as he nourishes our souls and draws us closer to himself. This petition to God comes with some biblical parameters but it also helps to know how to navigate the physical components. Our tendencies might be to make up for the lost meals or to give in after having so much restraint. But the fasting mentality and heart posture doesn’t have to end when your fast does. Take your reliance on God to sustain and satisfy you with you into the next phase of the day or week. I hope this helps. For those who are working on their health this month and want to commit their efforts to the Lord, I have a free guide that will help you make the right decisions by providing a simple but effective structure to your nutrition. 🌶️Comment “Plate” and I’ll send you a free copy! #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fasting #fastingtips
Let’s set you up for success! ✝️💪📉 Going into the week with clear goals and a plan of action heightens your likelihood of success and gives you a major boost of confidence. Here’s your no nonsense checklist for guaranteed progress and heightened success this week. ✅ Write personal performance goals (Sunday) ✅ Share them with your fitness community ✅ Plan and Prep Foods (Sunday) ✅ 4 Workouts (Schedule in Advance) ✅ 10k Steps per Day (Charge pedometer) ✅ Read 1 Bible Chapter a Day ✅ Drink half of your body weight in ounces ✅ Fasted Weight in (Monday AM) ✅ Midweek week weigh in (Thursday AM) ✅ Reflect on progress and obstacles (Sat. AM) It may seem like a lot but with a system in place it’s only a matter of reading your Bible, eating healthy food, and moving your body most days out of the week. You can definitely do this. In fact, it’s a lot easier to take this approach than to eliminate an entire food group, start taking a ton of supplements, or try to reach your goals without a plan. There’s also so much more you can do to grow stronger in your faith that I haven’t included here. My clients will tell you, this part of your life can and will certainly draw you closer to God if you navigate it it the right way. So save this and start by setting your goals for this week. Maybe this checklist is it! If you want to lose fat, create a lifestyle that gets you in shape, and renew your minds as Romans 12:2 says, start being intentional about that. I have a program that’s built to help Christians transform from the inside out with workouts and nutritional guidance included. Comment “Ready” to learn more about it and get started if you’re confident it’s the right fit for you! #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch

I’m speaking from experience😒 It’s so easy to make your image a priority over you’re spiritual condition. The thing is, when you leave what matters most to God on the back burner, you feel just as empty when you hit the goal as when you set it. Nothing can replace the deep work of growing in your faith and understanding of his word. Nothing can replace the peace that comes from knowing who you are in him. We’re at war within ourselves and the only solution is to double down on our walk with Jesus. But that doesn’t leave your health journey in a ditch somewhere either. Your body belongs to God and was bought at a price. So what you do with it should reflect his desire for it. I teach people who’ve tried losing weight and getting in good shape every way but with God and a strategy they can actually sustain for life. The work we do surpasses the scale and creates ripples that reach other areas of your life. We sort through your relationship with God, food, fitness, and your body using biblical principles and gentle correction that elevates your standard and bridges the gap between your faith and health journey. There’s more too it but this gives you an idea as to why we’ve been able to help so many people change their lives. Comment 2025 to learn more about working 1:1 with me toward your health and fitness goals without putting your faith to the side. Let’s map out your strategy taking into consideration all the things that have held you back in the past and how to navigate each hurdle with intentionality and confidence. #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch

Let’s be real.👇 Sometimes we bring unnecessary struggles into our lives through poor health choices.😑 As Christians, we’re called to run our race with endurance (Hebrews 12:1), but how can we do that if we’re weighed down by habits that harm our bodies? 🪨Not eating well. 🪨Skipping exercise. 🪨Ignoring rest. 🪨Letting stress and emotions rule the day. These things don’t just slow us down—they can bring sickness, burden, and limitations that keep us from serving God at our fullest capacity. 🤔And guess what? The enemy loves it when we’re stuck in that cycle. He wants us to be distracted, exhausted, and held back. 🙌But here’s the good news: You don’t have to stay there. The Bible says, “Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). That includes how you care for your body! It’s time to take action: ✅ Start eating healthier. ✅ Get moving—even if it’s just a daily walk. ✅ Rest and manage stress biblically. ✅ Reach out for help if you need it. Don’t let excuses or procrastination keep you from stepping into the healthier, stronger version of yourself God has called you to be. You’re not just doing this for you—you’re doing it for His glory. If you need guidance, let’s do this together. 🤝 🏆Comment THRIVE and let’s start making the changes that honor God and move you toward the life He’s called you to live! Maybe there’s more to it than you’re willing to admit. I know the pressure of having a family, running a business, being involved in ministry, and having all the little things in between to deal with. If you don’t set up guard rails around your physical, mental, and spiritual wellness, they will start to decline. Even if you start small, be consistent and take care of yourself. Strive to offer the healthiest, most confident, and energetic version of yourself to those you love and have been called to serve. Otherwise you may find that those you were putting before yourself have to turn around and take care of you as a result of your self neglect. No one wants that for you. Do the right thing while you still have the chance. If you need help, let me know and I’ll share a few options with you. #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch
Here’s why your approach to food isn’t working.👇 Your decisions about it are either driven by emotions or driven by emotion. By that I mean, you’re eating what you feel like regardless of the consequences or your eating for the fastest results. Both are to make you feel better as soon as possible. But that’s not even the biggest problem and it’s not your fault. The fitness industry has concocted so many different diets, pills, and protocols purely based on the physical outcomes they may produce. Most don’t factor in the longevity of your success, their effect on your relationship with food, and your history with food. So you’ve lost 30, 50, or even 100 lbs and for that reason said the diet worked, even though you didn’t keep it off and wrecked your relationship with food doing it. Define “worked” for me.🤔 If you’re open to trying something new and sustainable that actually works and brings God into the equation, join the Cycle Breaker Challenge! Tap the link on my page! God gave us bodies for a reason.🤔 Really think about why that is. We don’t always offer them as a living sacrifice but maybe that’s because we forget why we have them in the first place. This switch in thinking has led to countless lives being changed, where people who have struggled all their lives to live healthy found stability and fulfillment. I challenge you to embark on a journey of god glorifying worship on your fitness journey and watch what happens when you place Christ at the center of it all. Want to dive deeper? Watch this before you start your 2025 fitness journey. Give this some thought and pray about what shifts need to take place. The cost of relying on the wrong source for your success is ending up right back where you are right now in 6 months to a year. You cannot afford to place your faith in anything other than God and your relationship with him for your transformation. But it’s tempting. It sounds so good to do things the way the fitness industry tells you to. There’s more to this than dieting and exercise. Especially if you been struggling for a long time with this. Remove the drunk goggles and put your blinders on. We have a war to win and we need you in the fight for good not just during the New Year’s rush. Comment 2025 to talk with me about one on one coaching to lock in your success this year! This is why it’s so important👇 Your witness is multidimensional. The way you treat others, your relationship with God, and yourself all need to be aligned with God’s word. If not, people will see an imitation of the wrong thing. If all you do is eat healthy most of the time and take walks everyday, you’re doing something worth doing to keep your body healthy and live well before others. Not for your own glory, but His. If you’re in a state of overwhelm or frustration with the way your health habits have been, please don’t beat yourself up about it. Take it from me, we all struggle when we walk alone. I encourage you to add some community to your life in this area. Grab a friend and go walking on Saturday mornings. Connect with someone from Church about nutrition. Or comment 2025 if you’d like to learn how I can offer guidance and accountability to your life while providing a complete plan that will empower your body, mind, and faith. #christianfitness #christian #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation #christcentered #faithinspired #christianmotivation #fitchurch
