Day 23 of 25 Days of Low-Tox Products! 💖First! Will you help me pick my Christmas Eve outfit? Vote 1, 2, or 3 in the comments, and then come back and read the caption for detox help. . . . . Okay, now that you’ve voted 🫶🏼… Let’s talk Detox — and when I say detox I mean supporting your natural detox pathways like your liver, your bladder, your kidneys, your skin, etc. Our bodies do a pretty good job of detoxing toxins, but we have to help the process, especially as we age so that our detox organs aren’t working overtime to the point of not helping us as much as we require or failing altogether. A 6 week “cleanse” or detox doesn’t mean shit if you’re just going to go back to your unhealthy habits — in fact a “detox” could just make you feel like garbage the whole time so you believe that your unhealthy habits are better for you — that’s not what we want! Ways to support your NATURAL DETOX PATHWAYS: ✅ Do drink filtered water with minerals so you feel hydrated — if you’re drinking so much water that you’re peeing all day long, then you’re doing it wrong. ✅ Do make sure you’re pooping everyday 1-2 times at least! If this is an area of difficulty for you, go follow @Sarah Gordon, RD for help. ✅ Do get 8-10 hours of sleep at night ✅ Do eat enough calories and get a good variety in your diet ✅ Do add @Natural Shilajit Resin to one of your drinks each day to help detox heavy metals ✅ Do get a quality glutathione supplement to help support your natural detox hormone if you feel like you need some extra help ✅ Do strength training or at the very least walk everyday, and get your heart rate up a bit ✅ Do sweat a few days a week . . . . . .
