Felt like I was coaching an F45 class again 😜 Here’s a fun B O D Y W E I G H T home workout for y’all!! The last movement is an alternative for the lateral shoot thrus, I know that one can be tricky for some beginners.  f u l l • w o r k o u t Complete each movement back to back for 60 seconds each. Take a 1-2 minute rest, repeat for 3-4 rounds.  * to make even more beginner friendly, decrease work time to 30-45 seconds and number of rounds to 2-3. 💥 front + reverse lunge, change legs halfway  💥 plank up downs, make sure you’re alternating arms 💥 plank > tabletop > downward dog & reverse (idk what this movement is called lmao) 💥 prisoner squat w toe touches  💥 side plank, change sides halfway  💥 lateral shoot thrus  ** last movement is an alternative for lateral shoot thrus, it’s a simple table top plank w 2x shoulder tap + 2x knee tap  Move your body.
