This is my go to cornbread recipe. It is so moist and delicious. 🌽  Ingredients  90 grams fine cornmeal  145 grams all purpose flour 140 grams sugar  14 grams baking powder  7 grams salt  45 grams butter melted 75 grams neutral flavored oil 2 large eggs  200 grams milk 200 grams sourdough discard Directions Preheat oven to 350°F Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and whisk until combined  Butter a 8x8 baking pan Pour batter into pan Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean Let cool for at least 10 minutes and then enjoy :)  #sourdough #sourdoughdiscard #discardrecipes #homestead #cornbread #cornbreadrecipe #sourdoughcornbread
