How to make crispy tacos! The number one question that I get asked when I post my tacos is “how do you get them so crispy?!” 1. Make sure that your tortillas are warmed before building your taco 2. Have your filling ready once the tortillas are warmed 3. Cook over medium-low heat in avocado oil spray for about 5 minutes per side These tacos are a great way to use up potatoes if you make potato skins, but also make for a delicious vegetarian option if you don’t add the meat. Ingredients for 4 Tacos: 4 oz lean ground beef 1/3 cup potato filling 1/4 cup black beans Seasoning of choice (taco, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.) Toppings of choice (hot sauce, lettuce, cheese, etc.) And that’s it!
