It’s a throwback to our childhood, but it will help you remember! 🤪 I promise! 🚫 STOP: Stop allowing emotions to spin a narrative that simply isn't true. The worst thing we can do is make a permanent decision when our emotions are at their highest. Press the pause button and step back—kind of like a time-out. 🛐 DROP: Drop to your knees in prayer. God can handle your ugly. He hasn't abandoned you. When my hopelessness was at its highest, I knew no other option but to pray and ask God to help guide me through the wilderness. He WILL give you divine peace and guidance. Ask Him to see your partner through His eyes. ❤️ROLL: Roll is more of a reference to having more fun. As we dove into our most challenging conversations and conflicts, we did so in motion… hiking, walking, bike-riding, and yes, love-making. Sometimes, intimacy allows you to communicate when words fail. (Never enter into physical intimacy if you're not safe or comfortable.) This is just the very beginning, and every situation is vastly different.
