✨ Day 14 – Two Weeks Strong! ✨ Started the day with my mantra: Hydrate before we caffeinate! 💦 Kicked things off with Strawberry Peach ketones 🍓🍑, followed by Mango electrolytes 🥭 and the goal to hit a gallon of water today! 💧 Spoiler: I crushed it! 🙌 Changed things up today—trying something new with the schedule! Oatmeal at 10 a.m., stacked with peanut butter protein and topped with fresh banana slices 🍌. Simple, filling, and satisfying! Meal two came at 3 p.m.: white kidney beans, perfectly cooked over-easy eggs, and crispy bacon strips 🥓. At 6 p.m., I kept it light with a snack: cashews, my trusty sugar-free beef stick, and a handful of fresh grapes 🍇. Thought maybe keeping things light at the game was worth trying—I'll give it another go on Friday! It’s different for me, especially after over 5 years of intermittent fasting. Not bad, not good... just different. 🤷♀️ We’ll see how this plays out! Also crushed my steps goal today—woohoo! 🎉 I don’t know why, but I’ve been absolutely craving water nonstop lately.
